BRUSSELS VISITOR - GREETER REQUEST FORM
Upon completion and submission of a Greeter registration form, a Brussels Greeters representative will contact you preferably with email if you are not in town yet with a confirmation and the details of your Greeter visit.
Please allow up to 7 business days to match and confirm your visit. You can request a group tour. However, we can accept a maximum of FOUR individuals per group. Each tour group must include someone at least 18 yrs of age.
- Please complete the entire registration
- Provide as much information as possible about your needs
- Review all answers for accuracy especially requested dates and times before submitting registration
- We must have a local phone number to contact visitors in Brussels. Your out of state/country cell phone number is not enough to meet this requirement.
- Due to travel delays and other unavoidable complications Brussels Greeters will not match visitors for visits on the day they arrive in Brussels.
- It is important that you return any correspondence that your greeter initiates. This includes phone calls and email. This will only help the greeter in planning and confirming your visit.

Language
English is the primary language for our visits. However, due to the multi-lingual talents of the Brussels Greeters, if you have a language preference, we will try to accommodate it!
